1. YOGA!

2. Brush up!
Some Kids just hate to do brush, but its kids brush their teeth twice in a day for strong and white teeth, once in the morning second at night before going bed. Most of the kids don’t like to brush at night but we should tell them that everyone must do brush their teeth twice in a day.

3. Wash Up!
Kids love two things most playing and eating, they come from anywhere and just attack food with their dirty hands. Parents should make habits the habit to wash their hand before and after any meal. We should tell them that how much germs at their hand so must wash their hands.

4. Avoid junk food!
Pizza, burger, noodles, cold drink always attract to every kid, but it’s not good for health if we give this kind of food to our kids. We should keep too far with these foods.

5. Take a Bath daily!
Kids go to school, playground and everywhere they just play, run, meet with their friends, touch any kinds of objects during these activities they become sweat, and sweat brings infection and unhygienic germs. After these all they have a habit to take a bath to be healthy and infection less.

6. Cut their nails!
AS kids activity they always around the germs, nails are one more way to come grams and make the kids sick. So kids should cut their nails properly and twice in a week. And some kids eat their nails which are a very bad habit of those kids we try to remove it.

7. Eat Green veggies!
Parents make the habit to their kids to eat green vegetable like spinach, capsicum etc. Kids are in growing age and they need Irons, protein, Calcium to grow fast an properly. Now day kids are wearing glasses, they breathing problem, hairs become white in such an earlier age.
